Description

RAAPID is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to support its sales team in the US. Our goal is to consistently deliver solutions that allow healthcare organizations to adapt to and meet the demands of the radically changing Risk Adjustment landscape. The purpose of this role is to support RAAPID’s healthcare technology sales executives with solution selling into healthcare prospects such as Payers (Healthplans), Providers, Healthcare IT organizations, and Coding Services organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Support RAAPID’s healthcare technology sales executives with solution selling into healthcare prospects such as Payers (Healthplans), Providers, Healthcare IT organizations, and Coding Services organizations.
  • Demonstrate the products to potential audiences, and to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with our sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Use your technical skills to explain the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Assist sales executives in modeling the business case associated with each sales opportunity.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work with our sales executives across the US in all US time zones.
  • Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing technical sales discussions, questions, learning the market and customers’ needs, , and work with India based supporting teams.

  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
  • CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) or Healthcare Risk Adjustment knowledge - Optional.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Gains audience acceptance.
  • Quick learner.
  • Curiosity, honesty, empathy, and expertise.
  • Presentable in in-person meetings and video-meetings.
  • Willing to travel across the US as needed by the Sales team.
Qualifications
  • BS University degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of healthcare industry technical sales experience - Preferred
  • Familiarity with office software
  • CRC or related credentials - Optional
